Problem

The marketing team was manually cloning, naming, and moving campaign templates within Marketo—a process that took 60+ minutes per request. This manual friction created a significant bottleneck for global campaign velocity and increased the risk of naming convention errors.

Solution

Built a high-velocity automation engine. Marketing leads input campaign parameters into a structured Google Sheet. A Zapier workflow monitors the Sheet and triggers a custom JavaScript execution to interface directly with the Marketo API. The script automatically clones the correct campaign template, updates tokens, and moves the program to the designated folder structure within Marketo based on logic-driven paths.
